The Tuition schedule is as follows
First deposit paid 01/01/21 thru 6/1/21 The total amount due is$ 875.00.
These rates are effective even if only a partial payment is made before the “rate change date”*

Tuition covers Room, board & meals for the week. This includes linen and towels for your room, however, many students purchase their own amenities such as extra sheets, air freshener, toothpaste, etc… from a nearby store.
It does not cover:
Classes are divided by MODS (Modules) There are Five(5) Standard Mods and one After grad Mod (MOD 6).

Classes begin at 0800 on MONDAY morning

At EDI, you will be learning to manage fire service personnel and situations. Therefore, firefighting gear will not be necessary.

All reading materials will be in the form of handouts or as an online activity/reading. Occasionally, a guest speaker or instructor may suggest a book that may be helpful in your career management. We do not sell these books, but the speaker may have some on hand for sale.

While we encourage you to make every attempt to arrive during the posted registration dates/times, there will be public accommodations available at Williams Hall until registration re-opens the following morning. Registration is in the Professional Schools Building (PSB) at Dillard University. Once you arrive to the campus, Security personnel can direct you.
No. While you are attending EDI, you must stay on campus. Only residents of New Orleans are exempt.
You must check out of your room by 12:00 on Saturday, June 12, 2021
No. You must attend every class (day and evening) for the entire week to receive your EDI certificate. In extreme cases, there may be an available online opportunity. This would cover a maximum of four (4) hours and the availability is subject to the approval of the EDI Executive Board.
Any absences not approved by the EDI board will result in forfeiture of the entire week.
