Human Resource Management
Organizations today, Fire Service included, face many challenges in the management of their human resources. Every week brings news media reports on organization downsizing, workforce diversity, shortages of skilled workers, and many other concerns. The purpose of this class is to provide current information developments in the field of HR management.
