Business Administration Office Usage
During the week of EDI, the BAO will assist you with admin issues. If you require assistance with logistical issues, please see a member of the logistics staff. If you require document printing or copies, please go to the EDI copy center in the PSB.
Air Travel: If you would like EDI to arrange your air travel, we ask that you send us your preferred travel dates and flights on or before April 15. This will allow us to purchase the most competitively priced airfare. If your request for air travel is after April 15, you will be reimbursed only up to what your airfare would have been on April 15.
If you opt to arrange your own air travel, we ask that you purchase your airfare as soon as possible to receive the most competitively priced airfare. We strongly encourage early air travel purchase.
Gas Travel: If you travel ground, you will be reimbursed for your gas. Please note, your total gas purchase should not exceed the amount of roundtrip airfare from your departure city.
When you arrive to New Orleans, we ask that you come to campus as soon as possible for your housing assignment. A Dillard University representative will be onsite to assign your housing.
